Do you have a favorite book?

Tell us about it. There are many great books out there that might interest alot of people. It can be either one single book or an entire series.

But please, if you're going to describe it, DO NOT put in any details of the book that might be inappropriate for younger viewers, and don't write an entire paragraph, put in the main idea in one or two sentences, and DO NOT post spoilers about the book.

I guess I will start with my favorite book series:"Twilight"
It's about a girl named Bella who falls in love with a vampire named Edward, is surrouded by danger, and tries to choose between her love Edward and her friendship with Jacob, a werewolf.

Oh wow! I love that book series too. <3 I read the last book on my way to Canada.

My other favorite book series would have to be Eragon and the Harry Potter series.

Cool

They both look like pretty cool books, though I've never actually read them. I've been attached to the Twilight series ever since I read the first book. :D

Edward is soooooooo hot.

lol. Um I don't really think we should be talking about that on the threads though. But he is my favorite character in that book series. <3 I've never been into a book series as much as that one since I was reading about 200 pages per day at school.

I like the series that I stated in my last post but in my own opinion, they aren't as great as the Twilight series. Did you read Breaking Dawn yet?

Yay! a person who likes the Inheritance cycle by Christopher Paolini! I was afraid that I would be alone on this forum.
I like all these book talked about so far.

She's my favorite person (or should I say Dragon?) in the cycle! I can't wait for Book 4! I wish he would hurry! Although, I also don't want him to because then it would be rushed.

Dragons are people too! Well, except for the few.
If you've read the books you know who I mean (Let's not spoil it for others though!)

I also find it funny that the author is a Dr Who fan, that just makes him doubly cool! XD

Yeah, I know that few you mean. I'm not going to spoil it though. I recommend these books (Eragon, Eldest, and Brisingr by Christopher Paolini) to people who have not read them. Well, that is if you like Dragons, Elves, and Dwarfs.

I don't really like hardcore fantasy, but I recommend the books as well. The characters are enjoyable and there are some great action scenes!

Twilight is good, but I don't see how anyone can get obsessed over it.

I guess it depends on the reader. We all have different opinions about
different things.

Right now I'm at a point where I'm in between books. I finished the Twilight Saga a few months ago. Now I'm looking for something else to read that's good.
