I'm not going to go into details, but basically it's where the property market has hit a slump, the utility prices have gone up, and coupled with low paying jobs it's a little difficult.
Now, I want to help my parents out any way that I can. And I refuse to beg on the pretense that I'll ever afford to pay money back if it's given to me. So.

Rules
*1* I will draw most things, as long as decent references are provided.
*2* [you]Nothing 'hentai' related.[/you] This means no strong sexual scenes or interaction. Both Hetero and Homo relationships come under this rules. Soft romance (hugging, kissing etc) is allowed however.
*3* [you]No artwork containing offically licensed characters.[/you] In my financial state, I can't afford to get sued. However, I believe that characters 'in the style of' a licensed franchise should be passable. This means Fan-Characters are allowed. (This can apply to any fan-character, not just Sonic ones. If you have a Pokémon character, or a Batman villain, or a Naruto character, or so on, all are valid; I'll draw anything.)
*4* [you]Payment MUST be sent first[/you]. I will not send the finished artwork without having recieved the payment in full. However, low quality, watermarked images should be available if you wish to obtain proof that the work has been done.
*5* [you]Do not complain if other peoples' commissions are done faster[/you]. The speed of each commission shall depend on my motivation and the difficulty of the requested artwork.
*6* [you]I reserve the right to use copies of the commissions as part of a portfolio.[/you] This means that I can benifit in the long run from a wider art experience, plus you get to be smug in the fact that you help me achieve that.
*7* [you]Place all orders via PM[/you]. This makes it easier for me to organise. Clearly state the commission you'd like to purchase.

Prices are negotiable, and will depend on the length of the anim, the complexity, and the amount of colour wanted etc. They'll take MUCH longer than pictures.
