I've been thinking. What does Nightmare look like? And what do the Nightmarens do when they're fetching Ideya from humans? Tell me what you think i'm very curious Plus,here's something that will get your mind pumping.... do you think any of the nightmarens were once human? Because I keep hearing that Wizeman can turn people into Nightmarens.

People becoming Nightmaren is just a fan invention, just like Nightmaren having gender and swords and hair (eww), and Nightmare being a castle. It's all made up by fans.

I personally believe that Nightmare is shapeless and changes its form according to who is entering it.
Everyone has different fears after all.

I do like the theory on Nightmare changing according to the dreamer. I mean, Nightmare could be a castle, if the dreamer is afraid of castles (Seriously, they're creepy). Yet it could be a happy flower field, if the dreamer is afraid of flower fields. Yet I don't know who would be.

Nope, they be for people that think their Gawfi and Dark. Or people who hate happy things^^

I agree with what the other lot said, mostly shapeless. I rather thought it was more of a deserted dark place, with distorted things acording to what the Nigthmaren/Wizeman need to take ideya from dreamers.

I think that Nightmare is probably just a huge sea of darkness like in J.o.D.
and that most Nightmaren are made to look like dreams/nightopian-like beings designed to fool the dreamer so they can steal their Ideya
