I am at an all new city and an all new school, but I am feeling quite lonely. It is difficult to make friends at my school because everyone seems to disappear after classes. There are also no cafeterias at my school, so I can't really reach out during eating time either.

So, I am asking for advice to reach out to the other. In other words, making offline friends.

You must have a lunch period, can't you talk to anyone then?
Try to make yourself look as open and welcoming as possible, keep your eyes up and smile. Someone else might take that as an invitation to begin a conversation with you.
