Rules are:

1. No controlling anyone's character but your own
(This includes deciding whether or not that rock your character threw at theirs hits them)

2. No godmoding
(Nobody likes an invincible character who never takes a hit but can kill a god by blinking)

3. The RP owner owns it; you answer to him or her. However if a mod or admin deems something to be inappropriate, their authority exceeds the RP owner's.

4. There is to be no changing of characters once they have been approved.
(Got a great idea? Well then you need to either write your character out and resubmit them with the changes, or just make a new character)

5. Do not enter more characters than you can keep track of.
(This slows a roleplay down and isn't much fun for anyone)

6. Treat other players with respect and courtesy
(and if that fails, take your issue to a mod or admin)

7. Stick to the plot!
(Nobody cares if you have a brilliant idea for a plot twist. The plot is the sole property of the RP owner. You may suggest a twist privately to the owner, but only they may alter the plot)
