I had this idea for a roleplay a pretty long time ago. Based upon my fanfiction, although it doesn't have to go the same way as the fanfiction. Neither do you have to read it to enter the roleplay.

Journey of Dreams based. After the defeat of Wizeman, all the nightmarens thought that they would all die, only to find out that they were all wrong. Instead, their physical bodies have been revived into the Waking World.

In the Waking World, the Nightmarens have two forms: Nightmaren and human. The Nightmarens cannot use their powers in their human forms, although they could change to their nightmmaren form at any time.

As they explore the new world, some of the Nightmaren were still bitter about what NiGHTS had done to Wizeman. They want to revive Wizeman to the Waking World. By reviving Wizeman they come to legend of gathering the six hands of Wizeman, which are spread around Bellbridge.

Characters: You can play as many characters as you want. I encourage fan marens and fan dreamers for this roleplay. Although you can also play as the cannon characters, which would include any dreamer and any first or second rank nightmarens in either JoD or NiD. (I think it would be a bit difficult to play as a third rank nightmaren).

Although I am taking the only two first rank nightmaren, if you want to play either NiGHTS or Reala, I am willing to give up one of them.

No matter what kind of character you’re playing, I would like a profile. I have templates! I will post mine later.

Personality: NiGHTS is often cheerful, and helpful to others, although when it comes to Nightmarens, he can get very serious.

Powers: Can fly, paraloop and drill dash.

Opinions on Wizeman: NiGHTS doesn't like how Wizeman wants to take the Ideya from dreamers, just so Wizeman can rule Nightopia. NiGHTS, instead of doing his duties, helps dreamers, which, yes, opposes to Wizeman.

Back Story: Ever since betraying Wizeman, NiGHTS has been helping visitors so NiGHTS can destroy Wizeman, event if it is to destroy himself. In which he thought that he did, only that all the Nightmaren are transported to the Waking World.

Opinions on Wizeman: Wizeman is Reala's master, and Reala will do whatever pleases him.

Back Story: Reala is first in command in trying to capture NiGHTS so NiGHTS can return to Nigthmare. Reala is quite emotionally stained ever since his master is defeated by NiGHTS, and is very angry at NiGHTS for transporting them to the Waking World.

Appearance: She has blond hair and blue eyes. Her hair is on a side ponytail. She wears a pink jacket with a blue miniskirt.

Personality: She is outgoing and nice, although she could be scared of what comes around sometimes.

Ever been to the Dream Gate or Nightopia?: She had been to both, she has gathered all of her Ideya and helped NiGHTS and Will defeat Wizeman.

Back Story: Before she came to the Dream Gate, Helen had a hard time spending time with her mother, and more with her friends. When she came to the Dream Gate, she realized that her mother is very important to her. After the defeat of Wizeman, she had only met Will once. She is very down about killing NiGHTS by defeating Wizeman.

Human Appearance: medium length, blond hair with streaks of light blue. wears a silver vest that's usually zipped up, and has a midnight blue tanktop on underneath. Has a perferred set of blue jeans with diamons threaded down the sides. (Also hoping to get a pic up soon...)

Personality: Cold and very distant.

Occupation in Human Form: School student, as well as a part-time server in a fancy resturaunt.

Powers: Can see the past vividly, but only at night. Can only see the future during the day, and it's usually hazy. A mirror is needed for these two abilities. Can't fly, but is an excellent jumper.

Opinions on Wizeman: She doesn't particularly care for him, since he just tossed her aside. She realizes that if he's revived, the world'll go to heck in a hamster ball, and she doesn't want him back.

Back Story: Once one of Wizeman's top ranked Maren, after she predicted the rise and rebellion of NiGHTS, he dismissed her. While she doesn't like him all that much, she realizes he's too strong for her, and can only watch when NiGHTS rises up and destroys him. She knows the potential fates of herself, as well as those around her, which keeps her from getting too attached.

Name: Chris Larson

Age: 63

Appearance: Short, white hair, usually dressed in a nice dress jacket, pants, and shirt, like she's going to church.

Personality: Helpful and kind. Always willing to give advice to the kids, and is particularly friendly to Alexis.

Occupation: School librarian

Ever been to the Dream Gate or Nightopia?: Nightopia, though none of the Maren know it.

Back Story: As a young girl, she lived through the end of WWII, which her father fought in. At night, she visits Nightopia, still in the form of a young girl, with a full set of Ideya. She knows quite a bit about the Night Dimension from experience, and has actually be writing a book based off of what she knows.

Helen's blue eyes looked at the multiple tables lined up in the cafeteria. She had her lunch on her tray, the next step was to sit down to eat. She had been to this school for a year, so she wasn't intimidated by the crowd. She just knew that there were many new students that day. She saw a table with a few of the new students. So she sat down.

Nicholas was among the new students that sat at the table, he recognized Helen, so he cried out, "oh hi Helen!"

"H-how did you know my name?" Helen asked, a bit scared that some strange kid had recognized her right away.

"Um..." Nicholas bit his lip...

(I Hope I Do This Right.)
"Don't Worry About It", Devon Cut Off.
He Signed.
He Wondered How He Got Caught Up In This Mess......
He Looked At Helen.
"So How Long Have You've Been Going To Freak Show Of A School? I Mean......... Someone As Angelic Looking As You Doesn't Deserve Such A Horrible Fate."
He Gave Himself A Smug Smile...... Proud Of What Lines He Came Up With This Time.

Nicholas wanted to put his palm to his face. He never liked it when Nightmarens flirted with Dreamers. He had a realization that this would probably happen more often with all them in the Waking World.

Helen didn't know whether to be offended or flattered by what Devon had said, "Why, I only entered this school last year," she said, "I don't know how I got to this particular one, but it is enjoyable."

Devon Got The Point. Seeing Nicholas Face Made Him More Proud. He Was Never The happiest Nightmaren Around him but he loved making him mad.
"You Completely Missed The Point.....", Devon Sighed.
He Always Loved Messing with dreamers but Not Today
"So What Do You Do With This Stuff?", He Said While Looking At His Food.

"Um..." Nicholas hesitated, he knew dreamers very well, but not much about their activity in the Waking World "I guess we put them in our mouths?"

Helen stared at the two, kind of frazzled by their conversation, "are you both okay?"

Nicholas became nervous, yet it was better to be Helen than anyone who didn't know about the Dream World, "Well...Helen...I have to tell you...um...well..." Hesitation flowed through Nicholas' mind, "I'm acctually NiGHTS, I really didn't die with the other Nightmarens, we all kind of transported our physical selves to the Waking World."

Alexis looked up at the group from another end of the table. If what the kid had been saying was true...
The girl picked up her empty lunch tray, deposited it, and headed for the bathroom, flicking out her small, handheld mirror as she went.

Devon Glanced Up,
"and I'm One Of Those Lucky Nightmarens that got pull into this mess......
I'm iCEHeart..... I Mean..... Devon........."

"Well, Devon, my name is Helen," Helen introduced herself. Then she looked up at Alexis, "what's wrong with her?"

Nicholas shrugged, "Altex here can see things in the past or future, she might of seen something important..."

"She Kinda Gets Annoying!", He Said To Nicholas.
Devon Looked Back Up At Helen, Then back to Nicholas.
"So How Did You Two Sweet Hearts Meet?" He Asked Sarcastically.

Alexis strode out the door, ignoring the comments made by the others. She padded silently into the restroom and locked the stall door.
Her human form then melted into that of a Maren as she looked into her hand mirror. Scenes flashed across the glass, and her eyes widened.
The mirror hadn't shown her anything in the past couple of months, but now the scenes disturbed her. She clicked it shut, morphed back into her human form, and headed back into the cafeteria, wearing the blankest look possible to keep from alarming the others.

Nicholas looked up at Alexis, "is anything the matter?" he asked. He knew that Altex's visions come to some importance, like when she saw him being a traitor to Wizeman. Yet Nicholas knew that it was day, so it must have been of the past.

Helen began to explain to Devon her situation with NiGHTS, "I've acctually met NiGHTS at the Dream Gate, I even helped NiGHTS defeat Wizeman."

"It's Nicholas in this world," Nicholas told Helen, then turned to Devon,"but that pretty much sums it up."
